Special skills and ability application information.
Okay here is the thing, I am in the process of making the Special Skills and Ability Application so for starters...
* If you put an elemental affiliation as your special ability on your Character Application, I can not count that as an ability. Be specific on your ability, if you don't have one then don't put one. Or you could simply do like my character who has no special ability, but has a vast performance in the arts of hand to hand combat. Simple as that.
Don't worry there will be more rules about the Special Skills and Ability a little later on.
